The free trial
What is included in the free trial?
Every Coach Pro feature for 14 days, including AI-planned practice sessions tailored to your team.
Do I need a credit card or another payment method?
No. You do not need to provide a credit card or any other payment method for the trial.
Does the trial include single sessions or multi-session plans?
The trial includes individual AI-generated practice sessions. It does not mean packages of four practices.
Is downloading the app the same as paying for a subscription?
No. Downloading is free. Coach Pro and Team Pro provide ongoing access to additional features. Core features are available in the Free plan.
Planning practices
What does PRACTX need to know about my team?
Recommendations use the age group, the coach’s assessment of team skill level and practice frequency. Age and skill level are treated separately.
Do I have to use the recommendations?
You can let PRACTX AI suggest the priorities or set them yourself. Coaching decisions remain yours.
How do my own priorities work?
Choose two priority goals and at least four additional goals. PRACTX distributes them across four practices and gives the priorities more time.
Do I need experience with practice planning?
The explained videos and recommendations are designed to help new coaches too. PRACTX supports preparation, not the judgment and observation you bring to the gym.
Teams and families
What do parents receive after practice?
The Coach Channel provides a short recap of the practice content so parents know what the team worked on.
Can parents or players reply in the Coach Channel?
The Coach Channel is one-way. Parents have their own channel and can open it to the coaching staff.
Is extra training required for every player?
PRACTX offers extra sessions, routines and invitations to play. The aim is to support different ambitions within the same team.
