PRACTX is still in development. Launch expected 1 December 2026
PRACTX organizes video drills by development goal. Recommendations follow the PRACTX coaching philosophy and help you make your selection.
These goals describe what players work on. Every drill has one main goal and can also have secondary goals.
Each goal has a recommendation for the combination of age group and team skill level, from 1 to 3. Coaches can see that guidance when choosing goals.
A suitable goal for this age and team skill level according to the PRACTX philosophy.
An additional option. You judge whether it fits your team.
Not suggested for this age and team skill level in the PRACTX framework. Coaches can see that guidance.
The main goal explains why a drill is selected. Secondary goals describe what else players practice in the same situation.
One drill. Different challenges. Fewer dribbles, a different hand or a time limit: use simple rules to adapt a familiar drill. These conditions are called constraints. This is how players learn to find solutions in the situation.
For example:
CLA: cross half-court within 4 seconds
COACH: 4-3-2-1 turnover
Solution: long pass instead of going 1-on-1
Constraints can change tasks, conditions and decision situations. A constraint does not automatically suit every drill.
